When our friends in Japan at Miyuki introduced the two holed flat "Tila" to the marketplace there was a real palpable excitement.  The 5 x 5 x 1.9mm flat square bead (each Tila  has two parallel 0.8mm holes), opened up a world of creative possibilities.

Naturally, the first Tila designs were flat bracelets, displaying the beads horizontally.  As we live in a "what have you designed for me lately?" world, shop owners quickly recognized that other ways of using Tila beads were necessary to keep folks engaged beyond flat bracelets.

Forward to today where intrepid designers have taken Tila's vertical!

The results are aesthetically awesome, and are driving sales and interest, of this already popular range of beads.

Tila Beads are available in 100+colors and can be found at your favorite local bead shop.
